Recommendation bonus

Our team is constantly growing and we keep opening up new positions.

To speed up the process and make sure we attract the best talent we decided to, in some way, include you in the recruiting process by ensuring you a bonus for your hiring recommendation.

The process works like this:

  1. You recommend someone you know for an open position in Async Labs based on their knowledge, skills, interests, etc.
  2. In the selection process we decide to hire the person you recommended
  3. They are given a 3 month long probation period
  4. If the new employee stays after those 3 months you have earned the right to your bonus which will be paid out with your next salary.

The bonus itself is worth from 200,00 to 500,00 (or more) euros per recommended employee, based on their skills and level of seniority.
