We believe that maintaining good relationships with employees is at the forefront of achieving team success. One of our favourite practices, and proven to be effective, are Strategic Relationships Meetings we hold a few times per year. These are basically 1:1 meetings each team member has with their superior with the purpose of sharing thoughts and feedback on performance, satisfaction and career opportunities. SRMs have shown to elevate performance and engagement and have helped us reach broader team goals more quickly.
