You are hired based on certain skills and needs for the wanted position. We have a couple of parameters that help us track your performance and progress and some of them can only be valued once you start working. This is why there is a starting period, generally lasting 3 months, in which you are getting accustomed to our processes and practices and have a chance to show what you’re made of.
